Sara Sorensen DNP, CNP, CANS is the founder and medical director at Artistic Eye Aesthetics, a boutique medspa where science meets artistry to achieve natural, beautiful results. With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare including 13 years as an ICU nurse at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic, Sara brings a deep understanding of patient care, precision, and safety to the field of aesthetic medicine.

 

Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree with a specialty in Adult-Gerontology from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and holds the prestigious Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification through the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, an achievement that reflects her advanced expertise in aesthetics. 

 

Before founding Artistic Eye Aesthetics, Sara spent five years working in two high volume aesthetic practices where she refined her expertise in aesthetic medicine. At Artistic Eye Aesthetics, Sara is dedicated to “The art of enhancing you”, helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals with a natural, balanced approach. Her favorite treatments include PlasmaSculpt, Sculptra, Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), and neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport. Sara loves blending regenerative techniques with modern aesthetics for long lasting, beautiful results.
